Kate is the founder of Higgins HR.  With 25 years experience as a senior HR leader across many sectors, Kate thrives on the unpredictable and is at her happiest working through complex matters where HR is definitely more 'art' than 'science'. 

 

Comfortable partnering with and providing challenge at C-Suite level, Kate will listen and learn before happily rolling up her sleeves to advise and / or deliver what is needed.  Flexible to your needs, Kate can independently manage complex Employee Relations cases including small or large scale redundancy, support with M&A activity, team or whole company reorganisations, training and development, DE&I, strategic review, HR health checks and more.
